Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Tours & Adventure Packages

Under § 18 Abs. 1 Z 10 FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal for leisure services scheduled for a specific date.

Cancellation Fees

• Up to 30 days before departure: 20% of total price
• 29–14 days before departure: 50%
• 13–7 days before departure: 75%
• Less than 7 days: 100% (no refund)

Cancellations by The One Adventure

We may cancel or modify activities for safety, weather, or operational reasons. If we cancel a tour without safety-related justification, customers will receive a full refund.

2. Merchandise (Physical Goods)

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.

Conditions

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
• Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation notice

3. Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval
• Refunds are via the original payment method

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Digital downloads
• Last-minute bookings (<7 days before tour date)
• Services already performed
• Personalised or custom-made items
