1. General Safety Requirements
Adventure activities inherently involve risks such as:
- Physical injury
- Weather changes
- Terrain challenges
- Environmental hazards
By booking, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.
2. Participant Responsibilities
Participants must:
- Follow guide instructions at all times
- Use required equipment properly
- Behave responsibly towards the group
- Disclose relevant health issues, allergies, or limitations
- Ensure their own adequate fitness level for the activity
Failure to follow instructions may result in exclusion from the activity without refund.
3. Weather & Environmental Conditions
The One Adventure reserves the right to:
- Modify itineraries
- Delay departure
- Cancel activities
This may occur due to:
- Severe weather
- Safety concerns
- Unexpected environmental conditions
These changes may occur without liability for compensation, except where required by law.
4. Professional Activity Leaders
Specialized or high-risk activities (e.g., climbing, alpine routes, professional sports sessions) are led by certified and qualified professionals.
Instructor profiles can be provided upon request.
5. Liability
The One Adventure is liable only for:

- Participant negligence
- Failure to follow instructions
- Unforeseeable external events
- Personal belongings lost or damaged during the activity
6. Insurance
Participants must hold appropriate personal insurance, such as:
- Travel insurance
- Accident insurance
- Medical insurance
- Equipment insurance (if applicable)
Insurance is not included unless clearly stated in the activity description.
